Delivery

This page explains how we deliver physical products from our shop, such as Ordnance Survey maps. Course and event bookings are not delivered by post.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you need an order sent anywhere else, please contact us before you order.

Delivery charge

Standard delivery costs £7.99 per order. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Any delivery time we give you is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control.

When your order arrives

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away so that we can look into it and put it right.
